The location was acceptable. A tram stop was located right outside.

I found several issues. The shower had not been properly cleaned, and there was dust in several areas. The fridge's ice box part had iced up, therefore items inside did not get cold until I adjusted the temperature. I was also disappointed that there were no bowls available for cereal.

convenient tram stopfaulty air conditionermissing mattress protector

the location was acceptable as it had a tram stop right outside.

my air conditioner did not work properly. it turned itself on and off constantly. it made a loud clunking sound. the staff didn't seem to fix it!!! also, there was no mattress protector on the bed. i was sleeping directly on the mattress. honestly, this is kind of gross!!!

location is good , but issues exist

small sheetmissing gel

the location was indeed central. however , the bottom sheet on the bed was too small , it kept riding up all night. i also had to ask at the front desk for shower gel on two separate occasions , because it was not left in the room.
